ubuntu 16.04 (低版本CPU)安装tensorflow

本人所使用的系统是 ubuntu 16.04 , python 2.7 1.安装 pip  ： 运行如下指令   sudo apt-get install python-pip python-dev 2.安装tensorflow：   pip install tensorflow==1.2.1 （python2.7的版本，支持CPU） 因为本人所使用的系统为up2- board , 其cpu比较老
