Effects of all-trans-retinoic acid on human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma as in vitro model in neurotoxicity
（NeuroToxicology 3区，港大 25） 1.简介 SY5Y是一种多巴胺能神经元细胞系。RA的分化表现为神经突广泛生长，神经元细胞核、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、突触球蛋白、突触相关蛋白-97表达增加，分化抑制剂-1表达减少。 细胞培养：接种后48小时内，10%热灭活牛血清的培养基培养。之后换3%热灭活血清，10μMRA培养起七天。做蛋白印迹时，按2105cells/孔的密度接种到6孔板中。
