idea使用svn提交时出现错误Warning not all local changes may be shown due to an error

解决方案：

一、File > Settings > Version Control > Subversion 取消选中 "use command line client" > ok。

二、重启idea，重复第一步，而后选中 "use command line client"

三、重启搞定。

形成缘由：提交时有冲突，合并了冲突以后，再提交发现出现了错误

按照上面的方法解决以后，发现文件是已经提交上去了，多是已经提交了，可是idea没有检测到变化
