arcgis server10.6报的如下错误，10.5并没有报如下错误，查了多方意见，在一位大佬博客中找到答案，出现这个问题就是因为IE浏览器的原因，原因主要分为两个：切换ArcGIS Server Accout用户，并将IE设为默认浏览器；我默认用的chrome，会报上图的错误；进入IE浏览器，进入Internet选项--->高级--->勾选SSL2.0、TLS1. 1、TLS 1.2
