“Unable to start debugging on the web server.”的解决方法

  今天访问程序的网站的时候，所有的网站都报错“Unable to start debugging on the web server. The web server could not find the requested resource”。查找了半天时间，才发现原来是昨天安装了新的.net framework的版本，需要在IIS中允许最新的.net framework的版本。具体步骤如下：
