eclipse中spring配置文件的自动提示和命名空间的添加--在web.xml空白处"alt+/"没有出现ContextLoaderListener自动提示

安装spring tool可参考这篇博客：spring-tool-suite使用教程，并创建spring配置文件 但安装完后发现Associated editors中没有Spring Config Editor且在web.xml空白处"alt+/"依然没有出现spring配置文件需要的提示，如ContextLoaderListener 经过思考后，绝对可能是我安装的spring-tool-suit
