Web开发：关于Tomcat出现The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resourc...的问题

“The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to web disclose that one exists.”，在web开发的过程当中，看到这一段错误提示，无论是在入门阶段仍是已是webapp 老手都会感到很头痛。我也是在使用JSTL库的过程当中
