LVS 之 algorithm and NAT model

LVS调度方法： 静态(fixed method)：关注起点公平，不考虑 后端Real Server 的连接数 rr, wrr, sh, dh rr wrr sh: Source Hashing dh: Destination Hashing 动态(Dynamic method)：关注结果公平，要考虑 后端Real Server 的连接数
