PHP进行AES/ECB/PKCS7 padding加密的例子（openssl）

上一篇文章讲到利用mcrypt对数据进行aes加密的方法，可是不支持php7.1.x版本，今天在stackoverflow上看到一样的问题，是使用openssl函数的处理方法，点击下面的连接stackoverflow查看问题，根据上面的问题整理出了一个简单的加密类，经测试彻底符合业务需求，如今写出来，但愿对之后的工做会有帮助。

利用openssl加密更简单，并且支持php7.1.x版本，基本能够用于全部版本的php程序。

经测试，结果和使用mcrypt加密结果一致。
