　　这个异常的出现是由于hive-site-xml中的hive.server2.logging.operation.log.location属性未配置正确：apache

　　修改成：oop

　　D:/apache-hive-2.1.1-bin/hive/iotmp须要在hadoop中进行建立配置。spa
