URL中含中文参数时后台显示乱码

若是URL中的参数含中文，经过http的get方法传递到服务器时致使乱码。html 解决方法：在tomcat/conf/server.xml中的<Connector port="8443"...>中增长：tomcat URIEncoding="utf-8"
