eclipse 安装 sts 问题提醒

最新sts官网上  https://spring.io/tools/sts/  有最新插件，离线安装包spring-tool-suite-3.8.4.RELEASE-e4.6.3-win32-x86_64.zip不能用，不知道为什么，可能是我的问题。我用了其他方法。 我的eclipse-jee-neon-3-win32-x86_64.zip 版本 首先确定eclipse 版本号   在 help
