1.VS 中发布 以文件系统，设置目标发布的位置windows
2.安装.Net Core runtime缓存

查看是否.net core模块已安装blog
有此AspNetCoreModule就说明模块已安装了get
接下来跟以前IIS下的发布差很少了，将刚才vs发布的文件系统直接发布就好了，应用程序缓存池中设置为无托管代码io
