ORACLE中startup 和mount、open的区别
nomount ==>数据库 读取参数文件，启动后台进程，分配SGAspa 一般启动到这里能够作create database , create or recreate control file 或者是mount standby database等动做，修改parameter也是能够的。进程 mount ==>后台 读取control filefile 一般启动到这里的目的有数据 recover
