mac下出现xcrun: error导致git、svn无法使用的解决办法

现象：xcrun: error: invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun 解决办法： 在终端输入，会安装xcrun xcode-select --install 安装完成后即可使用
