使用Source Insight时，中文注释乱码解决方式

前几天刚刚下载安装了Source Insight（一个IDE，可以生成函数调用树状图），导入之前写好的C文件发现出现了中文乱码，以下为我处理问题的步骤： 1. 按照网上的很多博客，在Source Insight中 Options->Preferences->Files->Default encoding 设置为UTF-8；这样做了过后发现并没有效果，中文注释仍然是乱码。 2.使用Notepad+
