WordPress非插件实现评论回复邮件提醒通知

要想在第一时间知道有人在本身博客留言，而后在第一时间回复留言再第一时间通知邮件者，这就须要WordPress博客拥有邮件通知功能。
先看效果：

评论邮件通知的方法：
1.全部回复都发送邮件通知
登录博客后台，点击“外观”选项卡下的“编辑”选项进入主题编辑界面，在functions.php文件中的之间添加如下函数便可：php

只是由于label是块元素，会自动换行，效果就是文字在复选框的下面，因此我为了让文字显示在复选框的右边，就使用了内联元素span，这样就不会自动换行了。
3.让博客管理员决定什么状况下发邮件
