清华大学镜像

安装tensorflow时，若是使用直接安装速度相对较慢，采起清华大学的镜像会提升速度。 pip install tensorflow-gpu==1.8 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple 选择版本是1.8，而且是GPU版本web
