向大佬求教一下webpack问题

@babel/plugin-transform-runtime 自己搭建webpack时使用了这个babel插件，但是打包后的文件打开时会报Cannot assign to read only property 'exports' of object '#<Object>'这种错误。 在网上看了一下是，import 和 module.exports 混用导致，但是我的文件中并没有使用过module
