解决 The Eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its companion launcher jar 问题

原因出现这个问题的原因是将eclipse挪移了位置解决方法打开eclipse.ini 找到-startup ，–launcher.library，图如下：必须确保在plugins文件夹（与eclipse.exe同级的文件夹）下有这两个文件如上图箭头所画。如果没有，到其他可以运行的eclipse中拷过来。
