pear安装及pear包HTTP_Request2安装

1.pear 安装     a. 下载http://pear.php.net/go-pear.phar 至php目录；     b. cmd 进入php 运行 php go-pear.phar 然后 local,然后yes.....    2.安装HTTP_Request2      进入php目录下pear目录执行：pear install HTTP_Request
