SpringBoot报错：Unable to start web server; nested exception is org.springframework.context......

意思大致是，缺少bean啥的，具体请大神指教，然后我百度查资料，大部分是在启动类上加入注解 @EnableAutoConfiguration，但是我加上了后，还是不好用 ，最后我在pom.xml中找到的办法：    请大神指教，为何？？？
