用户解锁

查看用户状态 select username,account_status from dba_users; username：用户名 account_status ：用户状态 open:用户已解锁 expired:用户过期 locked:用户被锁 解锁 对scott用户解锁，未解锁不能连接 如果这个用户是锁定状态，我们不能对它进行操作，报错：没有这个表或者视图 步骤1： 修改用户scott 为状态
