ios9 设置launch storyboard 不能到顶部
由于iOS9以后有安全区概念，所以我们设置启动页的时候，总会距离上面留下一个状态栏的高度，解决方法是， 图片的second item 改成 Superview.Top，然后constant是0就好了。
