Spring boot Unable to start LiveReload server
启动时看到一个warn ： Unable to start LiveReload server LiveReload server 可以在资源更新的时候触发浏览器刷新， 可以设置禁用。 同一时间只能运行一个LiveRload server。如果在ide中启动了多个应用，只有第一个的LiveRload 正常运行。 文档上说，在启动应用前要确认没有别的LiveReloadserver在运行。没说怎么确
