python 3.5 安装matplotlib提示出错

问题: 之前在python3.6、3.7版本上装matplotlib时没啥问题，在python3.5上安装matplotlib时，提示“   Error :Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1  ”错误。如下图（但是：注意黄色框里也有一句，从matplotlib 3.1开始，要求使用Python 3.6或更高版本）。
