IDEA编译器Debug方法启动：method breakpoints may dramatically slow down debugging

使用IDEA编译器Debug功能调试项目时有时会出现 method breakpoints may dramatically slow down debugging 这个错误 当时从新配置Tomcat未果又配置新的JDK还是不行最后重装IDEA和项目倒腾了半天还是不成快要崩溃了，终于在网上找到了解决方法 根据语义可能是断点打在方法上面了，导致在某个断点卡住了。 打开Breakpoints面板看看，
