完全解决SVN异常 “cleanup failed to process the following paths previous operation has not finished”

1.下载SQLite（选择这个版本 sqlite-tools-win32-x86-3140100.zip)），解压后放到出问题的svn目录的根目录，执行命令html sqlite3.exe .svn/wc.db "select * from work_queue" 1 2.而后会出来一个列表，svn异常的缘由就都在这里了。执行命令sql sqlite3.exe .svn/wc.db "delete
