maven install时报错The packaging for this project did not assign a file to the build artifact

错的意思是，找不到这个插件的包。web 缘由很简单，不是找不到这个打包插件，而是本身的项目没有从maven仓库里加载这个包到项目里，所以会找不到。maven 在idea中maven打包操做是点击install，而在maven打包时有两个install的地方 在打包时若是点击了Plugins中的install时，就会报如题错误ide 咱们在打包时应该操做Lifecycle下的install，这样项目
