svn报错：“Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted“ 的解决办法

svn执行update操作后出现提示:      Error : Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted.      Error : Please execute the 'Cleanup' command. 提示要去执行下Clean up命令，于是就去执行下Clean up命令，结果还是提示
