GNU GRUB 启动菜单处按e而后编辑

linux /boot/vmlinuz-x.y.z-mm-generic root=UUID=[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] ro quiet splash $vt_handoff

---->为：

linux /boot/vmlinuz-x.y.z-mm-generic root=UUID=[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]  rw init=/bin/bash

按F10 ，启动后无需密码获得root权限，而后passwd 用户名进行改密码
