报错： The fully qualified name of the bean's class, except if it serves only as a parent definition for   child bean definitions. 尝试maven搭建项目的时候，在spring-mvc.xml文件中引用类报错，网上找了一圈也没有找到方法。 原因：其实可能是jar包下载不完整，
