java调用dll库，把opencv的一些程序写成dll的release版本遇到了问题，can't find dependent libraries

按照上一篇文章.net http://www.javashuo.com/article/p-rxvuvkcr-he.htmldebug 中的过程去写一些opencv的dll来用，我是运行的Debug版本，在本身的机子上能够跑，可是呢，在同窗的机子上就会报错,can't find dependent libraries。应该是生成release版本的dll。直接改为release会报错，须要从新配置
