向外国学者索要论文，或者论文的源代码

最近读到一篇论文，写的很好，可是搜遍网络也没有找到他的源代码，写了一封邮件，但愿可以索要到，可是英文很烂，很差意思发出去，因而找了网上的模仿了一下：
