The user specified as a definer ('root'@'%') does not exist

在作数据库迁移的时候，不少sql的语句都有权限，虽然数据 跟表结构都过来了，可是视图等的权限却都尚未过来，因此须要给线下的登陆帐号赋予权限；

错误以下：

The user specified as a definer ('root'@'%') does not exist

解决方案：

grantall privileges on *.* to qinsilk@'%' identified by '.';

有些博客提供了 grant all privileges on *.* to qinsilk@'%' ;这样的sql语句，我执行后错了，必须有identified by '.'，'.'是链接口令。

flush privileges;

刷新权限。
