ORACLE dbca报错 ORA-01034：ORACLE not available
1,问题描述，dbca最后 finish的时候报错 ORA-00119: invalid specification for system parameter LOCAL_LISTENER ORA-00130: invalid listener address ‘(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=pldb236)(PORT=1521))’ ，如下图所示 2，去hosts里面
