Ubuntu：安装OpenCV4

1. 进入官网，下载opencv4源码、contrib源码html 各个版本连接：python contrib： https://github.com/opencv/opencv_contrib/releasesios oepncv： https://opencv.org/releases.htmlc++   安装依赖git sudo apt-get install build-essential
