$ npm install --global vue-cli

# 建立一个基于 webpack 模板的新项目

$ vue init webpack my-project

# 安装依赖，走你

$ cd my-project //进入到项目的根目录--直接进入到该文件夹便可

$ npm install //安装依赖包

$ npm run dev //运行项目
