eclipse出现the user operation is waitting for background work to complete异常

今天eclipse出现这个异常，其根本原因是上次关闭eclipse的异常退出，上网找了很多方法。 有直接clean一下就整好的，还有点击project->Build Automatically，把前面的对号去掉就能成功，这两种方法都试了下，但是都没有成功； 下面是第三种，打开project–>properties–>Buiders,然后把下面两项的对勾去掉，点击Apply and Close,然后
