亲测Unknown host mirrors.opencas.cn You may need to adjust the proxy settings in Gradle 解决办法

   问题：           新装As，设置了 HTTP Proxy host name 为mirrors.opencas.cn ，新项目sync不过  报错：Unknown host 'mirrors.opencas.cn'.         You may need to adjust the proxy settings in Gradle，    原因：使用了错误的网络代理配置信息
