opencv3.1+cmake+vs2013

1、安装opencv3.1，安装vs2013，下载cmake3.8.2 2、https://github.com/opencv/opencv_contrib/tags下载opencv_contrib，要和下载的opencv版本对应，一定是tags类型的 3、找到cmake 打开cmake，填写路径，第一个路径where is the source code 是安装opencv后出现的一个文件夹名字
