错误"The encoder 'aac' is experimental but experimental codecs are not enabled"

    ffmpeg命令行执行录制的时候，提示错误“” The   encoder   'aac'   is   experimental  but  experimental  codecs are not enabled, add '-strict -2' if you want to use it”，网上看直接在命令中 add '-strict -2' 就能够了，可是我这里加了没有效果。
