idea创建spring项目下载jar包失败

报错如下 Failed to download 'http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/springframework/spring-aop/4.3.18.RELEASE/sp 图片 这里的错误看了网上好多方法都实现不了，包括更改代理什么的，都没有解决，这时候我想为什么不能像eclipse一样创建呢？ 于是我就按照eclipse创建spring项目的方式来了一遍
