安装msi文件遇到错误code=2502 or 2503 win8

Win8系统安装msi文件时遇到问题，弹出对话框：

这是Win8系统的权限问题，能够以下解决:

        1.运行CMD（管理员）

　    　2.输入如下命令： msiexec /package "你安装程序包的路径"
