base64报错与已下载模块，但import失败解决

base64报错：AttributeError: partially initialized module ‘base64’ has no attribute ‘b64encode’ 结论：base64重命名了，文件改名字 下载了模块，但是import失败 import 模块失败，但是下载了，在设置里选择python安装目录下的pythonw.exe
