root用户登陆mysql后新建用户提示1045错误

执行如下命令查看root权限ide show grants for 'root'@'localhost';it 若是没有显示with grant option,说明是root没有拥有新建受权用户的权限（为何会这样呢，由于我把user='root' and host='localhost'给删掉了，而后从新受权all privileges给新建root用户，可是没有受权with grant opti
