Oracle递归查询父子关系记录

查询SQL： spa    select *  from  t_system_department it    start with id =1 io   connect by prior parent_Id(属于顶层的列)=id(子层的列)  --找ID为13的父级记录   select *     from t_system_department t       start with id=1
