用exe4j导出exe出现乱码、出现 NO JVM could be found

1. 出现乱码 答： 在vm parameters写上-Dfile.encoding=utf-8   2. 出现NO JVM could be found on your system异常 答：我是只需要复制jdk的jre，加入到导出的exe所在文件就行了 这三个全删，再添加->directory加入jre，位置要设为.\jre 其他步骤常规进行
