解决办法：在plugins以前添加以下pluginManagement，两者先后顺序以下：apache <build>
<pluginManagement>
<plugins>
<plugin>
<groupId>org.eclipse.m2e</groupId>
<artifactId>lifecycle-mapping</artifactId>
