在使用VSCODE的时候，由于电脑异常关机，从新打开VSCODE的时候，显示这个错误，错误致使个人vue类型文件没法格式化和智能提示。git

Go to C:\Users\chris\.vscode\extensions\octref.vetur-0.9.3\client\ and run npm install.
在相应的根目录下运行npm install。npm
